whose annual income (family income) does not exceed 40,800 euros. This amount increases by 50% for the second person living in the household and by 5,400 euros for each additional person

commits to using the subsidized apartment exclusively to satisfy their urgent housing needs

commits to relinquishing their rights to a previously used apartment for satisfying their urgent housing needs within 6 months of moving into the subsidized apartment.
