The rental of the subsidized apartments must take place primarily to beneficiaries in the form of permanent main rental contracts.

The beneficiary is a person,who is of legal age whose annual income (family income) does not exceed 40,800 euros. This amount increases by 50% for the second close person living in the household, by 5,400 euros for each additional person who undertakes to provide only the subsidized apartment to satisfy their urgent housing need
