An eligible person is someone who:
- is of legal age
- whose annual income (family income) does not exceed 40,800 euros. This amount increases by 50% for the second closely related person living in the household and by 5,400 euros for each additional person.
- commits to using the subsidized apartment exclusively to satisfy their urgent housing needs regularly
- commits to relinquishing their rights to a previously regularly used apartment to satisfy their urgent housing needs within 6 months after moving into the subsidized apartment.
