At an altitude of 1,495 meters you can experience summer and winter in the Austrian mountains at their most beautiful. In winter you have direct access to the Ski Arlberg ski area, in summer you can enjoy the clear Alpine air on your terrace.

There are three excellent golf courses in the area, which golf lovers can easily reach by car or private golf shuttle. The 9 and 18-hole courses in Lech, St. Anton or Ausserbraz can be reached within 30 to 60 minutes.

The apartments offer comprehensive infrastructure outside your property, including a restaurant, a SPA & wellness area, ski storage rooms and a monitored luggage room. Each holiday apartment is individually designed and furnished in chalet style.

The apartment is classified as an investor apartment with personal use, a rental property with 6 weeks of personal use per year. The rental and maintenance of your property is handled by an experienced operator (Buy & Let Serviced Apartments), and you receive a corresponding return for the use of your property. In addition, you can use your apartment for your own vacation for up to six weeks per year by arrangement.

Optionally, 41 private underground parking spaces and 10 carport spaces are available for purchase exclusively for apartment owners. The costs are EUR 43,000 for an underground parking space and EUR 25,000 for a carport.

The additional costs include:

Real estate transfer tax: 3.5% of the gross sales price
Land register entry: 1.1% of the gross sales price
Contract preparation costs and escrow: 1% of the gross sales price plus cash expenses and certification costs

Broker commission 3% +20% VAT (if applicable)
